My background is in the service industry, mainly in customer service where I worked as team leader before I decided to do something completely different with my life. I bring over a decade of experience in people-centered roles where clear communication, structure, and empathy were key. That foundation helps me approach visualization not just as a technical craft, but as a way to connect with others — to tell stories, evoke feelings, and communicate ideas with purpose and care.
